• Attend all scheduled appointments during services or provide timely notice for cancellations

Booking

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, email, or any other method facilitated by Nike Consultant during the course of our services. This includes appointments arranged directly by our team on your behalf. A confirmation email will be sent with meeting details.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. You must also provide a valid reason for the cancellation, either in writing or verbally.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment or incur rescheduling fees, depending on the nature of the service booked.

Nike Consultant reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary, including due to unforeseen circumstances, operational needs, or consultant availability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nike Consultant from any claims or damages arising from:

These Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy represent the full agreement between you and Nike Consultant.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive manual (non-automated) calls from Nike Consultant regarding:

• Appointment reminders
• Service updates
• Support and follow-ups

We do not use automated dialers or robocalls. All calls are made by live staff members.

You may withdraw consent for calls at any time by:
